Welcome to Racinglinephotography.
I am a photographer based in the East Riding of Yorkshire, but until April 2023 earned my living as a solicitor. Over the years, changes to the legal profession and, since the pandemic, changes to the way so many of us now work left me wanting a more fulfilling and creative life, so now I concentrate on photography.
For ten years I was a member of the commentary team at Silverstone "the Home of British Motor Racing", but have been a photographer of motor sport for nearly forty years, so my gallery can only contain a snapshot of my work over that period. If you are looking for something specific it may well exist, just not on the website so please contact me. My photographs, whether or not on the website, can be purchased and also if you are looking for coverage of an upcoming event please get in touch to discuss details.
I have been delighted to have photographs exhibited at the Donington Grand Prix Collection, the Joe Cornish Gallery in 2009, 2011 and 2012, the Olympus Magazine in 2015 and 2016 and the Photography Show at Birmingham’s NEC in 2017 and 2018. I supply photographs to Alamy stock library, and my work can also be found on Flickr and Instagram.
